What area are you based in?

We are based in Ballygowan in North Down but operate fully mobile. If a job is further than 10 mile travel distance an extra fee is added. We also accomidate a come to us service.

How long does a detail take?

Depending on vehicle condition and service level our details take anywhere from 4 to 10 hours to complete.

Do you need access to water and electric?

Yes we will need access to a single socket and a water source. If you are unable to accomidate this leave a message on your booking saying you will come to us.

Do you provide a guarantee for your work?

We provide the highest level of work we can and believe our service is well worth the cost. If you are unsatisfied with the final product we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Do i need to stay at home during the service?

No thats completely up to you. As long as we have a contact number and access to a power socket we will continue with our work.
